The Challenges and Opportunities of Managing Global Workforce Mobility

Global mobility has become a critical component of success for multinational companies relocating employees around the world. These moves face a variety of unique challenges, among them, covering areas such as: Healthcare, visa/immigration, banking, cultural interface, employee benefit plans, taxes, local and overseas compliance obligations, and other regulatory requirements.

The Chilean and American Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Global Interdependence Center, has gathered a panel of specialists to discuss their insight on these issues and programs that employers have put in place to manage international moves.
